Sign language is used to communicate with the deaf and the mute.It involves the use of eyes,lips,hands,fingers,dress and colour. Since the deaf have keen powers of observation they are able to relate better to the speaker than normal people.The speaker uses his emotional and imaginative capacities to transmit her views and ideas to the listener.
Sign language is still at a nascent stage and requires lot of ingenuity and creativity fro its improvement.
Eventually sign language will be able to overcome barriers of language,race,culture and region and help in building closer bonds between people.
