Sisyphus is a character of Greek Mythology who keeps toiling endlessly knowing fully well that it is an exercise in futility.
He ceaselessly struggles to push a huge boulder uphill hoping thst it will stay in one place but to his utter dismay the boulder rolls down and Sisyphus has to repeat the task indefinitely.
Sisyphus represents the human predicament indicating that man has remained the same since he first appeared on earth.He still has the same aboriginal instincts of greed,lust,animosity and possessiveness.
When will the labour of Sisyphus end?
