Every government will henceforth be judged by its ability to provide food,clothing,shelter,education,health and law and order to the masses.Failure to do so in a time-bound manner will result in a nation-wide non-cooperation movement.
Merit and integrity shall be the two criteria in the appointment of all state officials.Any official demanding bribes or anyother favour will be summarily dealt with.Lat this be the final warning toanybody who dares to assault or humiliate any woman,child or infirm person.Retaliation will be swift and on the spot.
All resources belong to the people.Any attempt to exploit the national wealth for personal gain or profit will invite serious consequences.
The Armed forces and law enforcement agencies are accountable to the people and are expected to behave in a responsible manner.
Every child has a right to education and it is the state's duty to ensure that all children below the age of 15 are given the necessary wherewithall to attend school.
Henceforth top priority should be given to the agricultural sector and production of goods necessary for survival and production of luxury goods shpuld be curtailled.
