A new universal language is needed which relies more on intuition,spontaneity,connectivity,sincerity and feelings rather than on words.
The emphasis in communicating with another person should be on inspiring,motivating and encouragement rather than on exchanging pleasentries.
Presently speech is being used to create confusion,discord and cpmplacency instead of goodwill and progress in the world.

The leaders of the new world will have to create a new medium of expression which can destroy the old and create the new!
