India and japan have cultural ties dating from the Buddhist period.it is now time to strengthen our relationship in all fields.
India must shed its conservative approach and adopt new forms and relationships vis-a-vis the rest of the world.
Japan is highly advanced in technological know-how and can be our partner in progress.It is constrained by land mass and an ageing population where India can lend support.
