the subjective age

The 'Iron age' which is now past was characterised by excessive importance to acquisition of goods resulting in social tensions and disparities. The 'Subjective age' will be absolutely different from the preceeding age in all its dimensions. To survive in the 'subjective age' will require a totally different mind-set!
In the present age more value will be attributed to uniqueness,responsibility,culture,team-spirit,creativity and social skills. The present education system will have to be discarded and a more comprehensive and inclusive method adopted. The teachers will have to be persons with practical knowledge rather than merely academic qualifications.
Society will have to be restructured with 'well-being' as the focus.Smaller communities will be able to adapt better to the dynamic environment rather than large and unwieldy aggregares.Considerations of government, gender, colour, race, religion and language will be irrelevent.
To suceed in the subjective age will require emotional and psychic attributes rather than physical and mental qualities.
The environment, human welfare, health issues, educational and cultural aspects will be the main issues of global concern.
