2014,though a water shed year in many ways,did not announce the rise of the individual! People,by and large,preferred to follow the beaten path rather than strike out own their own.Everywhere,one looked in vain for creativity,exuberance,delight and strength! The obsession with numbers,details,words,conventions and the gross still continues.
The story of this civilization has been the stifling of the individual! without the assertion by the individual of his birthright to grow,create and excel,this civilization too will end as a failure.
The revival of the spirit of rugged individualism is the need of the hour! The strength of a society will be determined not by the number of automobiles or guns but by the variety of new ideas it can generate.
Let us resolve to make 2015 the year of defiance!
