There are many communities which are enjoying a decent standard of life despite adverse conditions.If a large number of individuals in any community are hard working,disciplined,polite and helpful,the community will surely prosper and grow!
If a few right minded individuals take the initiative and put in proper norms of behaviour in place,the majority will surely follow leading to a qualitative change in life style.
Top priority has to be given to ensure that the morale of the community remains high and no divisive or weakening influences are allowed to damage the social fabric.
