aerobics


Aerobics is a form of exercises designed to keep the body supple,strong,graceful and conscious.It does not comprise of a set pattern of movements but can be suitably modified to meet the requirements of every individual.
The intention behind exercising to the beat opf music is to tune the body movements to the rhthm and symphony of the particular melody.The more varied is the tune,the more flexible will be the movements of the performer.
Aerobics to be meaningful should be able to fill the performer with delight,joy,energy and a sense of purpose.Initially it is advisable to seek guidance of a master but gradually the artiste can evolve his/her own style and form.The exercises should be a combination of deep breathing,mind and body coordination,thought control,building body tone and smooth functioning of the digestive system.
Ideally aerobics should be done bare-bodied and in privacy.The movements should be easy and effortless.A proper diet regimen has to be followed.
Aerobics has the power to keep a person healthy,cheerful,youthful,relaxed,alert and upright.Dance,Yoga,Gymnastics,tennis,swimmingand jogging are all different forms of aerobics.
