The affluent countries of the world are faced with an increasing aging population and a decline in child births,Due to job uncertainties,urban crime,family breakdown and other problems,many people across the world are moving to greener environs.On the other hand countries like China,India and other countries in S.Asia have a largely youthful population.This phenomenon has serious consequences for the western world since due to their large numbers,the Asian cultures will dominate the world!
To ensure a multi-cultural world,it is important that the western nations also increase their numbers-either by larger families or by adopting children from other countries.
It is not necessary to bring up the child personally but only providing the means for the upbringing of the child in similiar cultural surroundings.This can be easily done in any part of the world.Child homes with necessary facilities for education,sports and cultural activities can be created in different parts of the world.The foster parents can maintain links with the adopted child by taking him/her to live with them during vacations.
