Notwithstanding Russia's present difficulties,Indo-Russia ties will strengthen in the coming decades.Our friendship is based on shared values of democracy,progress,freedom,individual dignity and social justice.
Russia with its immense natural resources and huge land mass and India with its agro-base and huge manpower resources can work out a win-win partnership.
The present geo-political situation is strongly in favour of countries which are strategically in a position to change their polity.India,Russia,Brazil,S.Africa,Tunisia,Japan,Hong-kong,Malaysia,Iran,Cuba,Venezuala and others will be the leaders of the world.
